hi,
check the boot sequence and put Boot from CD as the first boot sequence.
then insert the windows XP CD and restart the computer.
press any key when you are prompted to do so and then follow the instructions closely.

I would recommend installing Windows as a dual-boot alongside Fedora as they should work quite well together. Sorry these instructions are for Ubutnu but it's much the same for Fedora
