Hello,
sir i want to know is their any free software that we can see whole desktop or system of client pc through winxp server(act as a server) without installing any software on client pc

You mean doing remote desktop,

I will advise you using Remote Desktop Control

Download it here:

http://www.remote-desktop-control.com/

Just install it on all the clients computers and on yours also
