I'm not getting hi5 activation code.

Hello,
i'm not getting hi5 activation code. i tried resend option but still, i'm not getting it.all setting was don as per hi5 help link. but i m not getting the code, please help.

hi there,

be sure you have entered the correct email address

or else it wont be possible for you to get the activation link

try to recreate a new account and put your email address correctly
