Printer does not recognise usb stick

Hello,
I am having difficulty getting my Selphy Photo Printer to connect to computer and also it will not recognise my memory stick. wondered if I needed a special usb? It will download from camera 0.K. Unable to install driver device onto computer as it will not recognise printer port. A few problems with it.

Dear Sir,

Did you installed the Vista driver for the printer??

Please download the driver on the manufacturer's website
