sound driver not install in my compaq laptop Closed

Hello,

after i formatted my compaq laptop and tried installing sound driver i got the following msg 

"driver installation failed : could not find the MEDIA DEVICE for this driver" 

plz help

You will have to download the driver from the HP support website

Click here:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/siteHome?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us

Put in your laptop exact model number and press Enter

Then choose the driver you want
