desktop freezes Closed

Hello,
i did a restet on my computer and everything was fine but now i restarted it and when my desktop is supposed to load it freezes and the mouse or keyboard wont work

Problems like this can happen, you should restart it again so as you can use your mouse and keyboard again.

i suppose you upgrade your memmory or if already upgraded  remove it and clean the gold tips.
