Problem in speed

Hello,
i am not getin the full speed internethere is aconjection...but i have fuul network some time i am getin 30% and other5% or0%...
tell me about any softwer which make canstent speed.

Dear Sir,

If you are using wireless network,

You should not be too far away from the router this is why you keep on losing network connection
