Virus help

Hello,
I had the pav virus on my pc, followed some of the advice on here and it seemed to work, but something is still blocking the internet, everytime we go on the internet, it takes us to a new page saying that the site we are going to is infected, but they are safe sites, can anyone advise if its part of the pav virus???

Also we ran a microsoft malicious tool removeer and it came up with the trojan fakexpa, it said it was removed but still something is blocking the internet.


Help any ideas????????
