CANNOT RECEIVE\SEND MAIL IN OUT LOOK

Hello,

This is the first time of using microsoft outlook, and i can not send or receive mails on my 2007 out look. Please help me to resolve this issue permanently.

Do you have an antivirus software?Try to disable the security software and check if can send/receive emails.

Thank you for the answer.

The issue is that: The anti-virus is on, and i mostly receive my mails. But sometimes i find it deffecult to receive or send mail.
