Importing of excel data in 64bit OS

Hello,

Can anybody please provide me a solution for importing excel sheet in 64bit OS ,Windows 2008 server. I have set the Application pool property 'Enable32bitApplication to True' , still doesnot work . I get the following error "The Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLEDB Provider is not registered in the local Machine'

Try to convert in word 2003 format maybe it will work...

The excel is alreadt in 2003..
