You should probably have JMeter record your actions by configuring your browser (use the following guide: https://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/jmeter_proxy_step_by_step.pdf ) and then change your script to fit your load test requirements by adding parameters, loops, timers etc. Use JMeter manual - it is very easy to understand ( https://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/index.html )
