Speakers won't work

Hello,
I am having the same problem. I click on hardware and sound, but there is no speakers to click on. I have a new hp pc and the speakers do not work. I can plug in headphones in the same port and they work. The speakers work fine plugged into my laptop

Maybe an internal problem in the speakers themselves, check it.
