Any one is having any idea about this

Hello,
i am facing a problem in excel sheets, like i have one sheet which contains id number and name date in time in date out time out and hours calculated. i have one more sheet with id numbers and names.
what i want to do is depending on the id number (if the id number is same in both the sheets then it should check for the hours calculated in the first sheet and if it is more than 11 hours then it should divide these 11 hours in 8 and 2 and 1 and copy it in the second sheet against that id number.
any one can help me in this ,please give me the detail code as i am not much aware of vb codes.
