Hello,
My computer is stuck on the screensaver and that only happened after I did a system restore and now cntrl, alt, delete will not work what can I do to fix this problem if anyone can help I would really appreciate it my brother is going to school to be a computer tech but he keeps all of his information to himself like it's the secret to life or something he's really busy right now reading an online comic.

boot up in safe mode (f8 on restart)
do a system restore to either further back or further forward than the one you have done.
reboot, see if that helps
