Recovery ??

ive lost my windows xp recovery disk..

tryin to get on facebook is a pain cos all its sayin on the profile page is .. Error tell explorer bout this.. && wen i cllick on either send or dont send it still comes up the same!

i want to reboot all my computer soo it starts a fresh!!

can i do this??
