Window xp keeps restarting

Hello,
After installation of Xp it works well. But after running Norman Security Suites after the scan with so many files quarantined. XP refuse to run. Keeps on restart at Desktop without any icon yet. Cannot go to safe mode too.
By pressing F8 - no response ( unable to go safe mode ). Please advise.
