xp wont start Closed

Question

Hello,
thers sum problem...i was working on computer when suddenly it restarted and after that the same message "press shift-tab key....."is comin and i dnt know what to do. when i press shift tab key it says" 1. local drive boot, 2)then, try network boot first..."watz that , what can i do to start my xp...????n i even didnt install sum new hardware which might be causing the problem plz help:(

hope i helped u ,see it shows tht ur pc needs formatting  so plz fromat ur pc if u dnt knw hw to format ur pc? thn send me mail on neha_cool786@yahoo.com . durind ur formatting jst format ur c drive ths enough fr formatting  tc

but i just formatted it mayb 2 3 weeks ago:(....isnt there any other way????:(.....and when i tried to boot from network first, it said boot failure...so can u give me some other solution??please
