java stopped working Closed

Hello,
my nephew didnt want the kids using facebook and myspace so he did something to turn off the javascript i have done everything to turn it back on and it dont work im wondering if he did something to the hidden files or maybe he turned it off with our norton anti virus can anyone help me?

hi there,

   1. Open Internet Explorer.

   2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

   3. On the Security tab, click Internet.

   4. Click Custom Level. (Fig.1)

   5. Scroll down to Active scripting.

   6. Click Enable (or Prompt). (Fig.2)

   7. Click OK.

   8. Click Yes.

   9. Click OK.
