friends i just want to know that when a certain pc or laptop get shut down due to virus infection, is there any anti-virus that can clean the viruses and make the pc or laptop recover to it's primary stage. if have the solution of it then please put your opinion. pleezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

hi there,

you need to make a system  restore your pc 

use these steps to restore pc:

 Click Start, Programs, and then Accessories

 Click System Tools and open System Restore

 In the System Restore window, select Restore my computer

 to an earlier time and click Next and follow the steps to restore your computer to an earlier date

it worked perfectly
