I CAN'T ACCESS FACEBOOK AS IT KEEPS SAYING INTERNET EXPRESS HAD TO OPEN AND CLOSE A/THIS TAB,CANT GET ANY FURTHER THAN THAT.  ANY HELP WELCOME TA......

hi there,

use these steps:

 Under Tools, click Internet Options.

On the "General" tab

In the "Temporary Internet Files" section (in the middle),

 click both Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

 In the “History” section, click Clear History.

 Click OK.

then log again
