USB PROBLEMZ

Hello,
Am having a problem with my USB device...I was using just toady and when I unplugged it...then plugged it back in again its telling me I need to format it. And I dont want to lose the files IN there. I got important picture in there which I do not want to lose. Please do find me away to resolve this problem. Thanks!!!!

Your pen drive got an error, you have to format it, no way you can change this.

Hey I found a website that can retrieve my files from the USB, digital cameras or any other lost in laptops or computers... but it costs money...so do you think I should pay them? Or buy the CD. Its called recovery card by the the way.
