How to backup file

Hello guys,
my computer is having problem now that i cannot go in to my windows, the place my computer can load to is the administrator windows, once i click my user account then it start loading but at the same time it log out back again. i still got a lot of files inside and haven do any backup, so is there anyway can fix this problem? Thank You.

have you tried booting up into safe mode?
hit f8 whilst booting.
if you can get into safe mode then you should be able to save any of your files to anther hdd .

i have try for safe mood...but is still the same problem log in and log out....
