Hello, I Forgot my password and the secret answer to my hotmail account Email Id removed for security . I ask and try soooo many time to get help from a customer services from hotmail; but no help from none of them because i don't remember some of the questions they are asking me , and my alternate email address does work anymore. PLEASE I REALLY NEED MY PASSWORD . PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Hello Sir,

You will have to use your alternate mail to get a new password

Just click on forgot password, type in your alternate mail then the password will be sent on your mail inbox

Then you will be able to log in your hotmail account which you use

Hello, thanks for reply but I talled you my alternate email address doesnt work anymore. is there any way to get my email back .
