Hello,

I just bough this External Hard Disc but my PC (Windows Vista Pemium) can not the detect the hardware. I don't know hat I can do. Please, help.

hi there,

right click on my computer>manage

go to disk management

and right click on the drive and create new partition

By the way, it's an external Hard Disc
