I keep getting a blue screen

Hello,

i have recently been having this problem with my computer. i will be playing a video game and in the middle of playing i will get the flash of a blue screen that looks something like the one here: http://i639.photobucket.com/albums/uu112/devine-insanity/untitled-3.jpg and then my computer will reboot. my computer used to to do this occasionally, about once a month but its recently been happening a lot more and now its to the point to where as its really irritating. so, anyone who can help, please do.
