My MSN account got hacked!!!

My account was hacked and it had alot of my friends emails and i want it back i don't know the secret answer and i dont have an alternate email can u guys help me i really need this account the email is danss_95@hotmail.com i tried doing it on msn live but it doesn't work they said that its not available if u know anything about getting my email back please help me
