Disabled account - first time user-email conf

Hello,
Could you please give me some advice as to how to reconnect to facebook. There was some confusion concerning my email address. I was getting a confirmation for another name through my email account and it stated that if i was not that person than i sould report it so i did and i was disabled. I am new to facebook and it was my first day and I'm totally confused??? Thanks
