Hello,
I HAVE A GATEWAY LAPTOP HOW DO I GET BACK MY FActory settings i do not have the original disks

Dear Sir,

You will need to use the recovery disk to recover windows to its original state,

Or

You just have to reinstall to fresh windows

You will need the Windows Vista Installation disc
