Avg free download problems

Hello,
I have a dell laptop it came with mcafee I uninstalled and am trying to install avg free download and it keeps coming up with errors. It keeps saying to restart computer but it is not working. Anyone have a solution. tHANKSYNET

Hello Sir,

Just recover your windows system to factory settings,

Just use the Recovery disc booted and press F11

Uninstall the mcafee antivirus and i will advise you to use Eset Antivirus
