How can run the NFS Undercover in windows 7 Solved/Closed

Hello,
I can play the game in win xp but when I run the game in windows 7 a message showed as "NFS undercover has stopped working" Plz help me out haow can I play it in win 7

My PC configuretion:
RAM: 4GB
Geforce 8600GT SLI PCI exp:
Main board: MSI P6N
Direct X: 10

Try windows xp profecinal 32 bit. Windows 7 is a 64 bit programme. NFS Undercover works fine on my pc. NFS Undercover was released befor windows 7 was released. The game is compatible for 32 bit programe. Also make sure that you have Active x and flash player as some games need this software to operate properly. Try running registry regenirator. fauly sectors on your hard drive can cause a problem. The regenerator will repair the faults on your hard drive.  Back up important imformation on a flash drive or dvd as not all hard drives keep the data after generating them. Syems restore comes in handy after regenerating.

hi there,

you need to install the game in compatibility mode

use these steps:

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, 

just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe,

 selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:

You can choose to run the program in Windows XP compatibility mode, 

or even all the way back to Windows 95 compatibility. 

Probably the most useful setting to start off with would be to disable the visual themes and desktop 

composition, if you can’t get things working. 

If you are trying to run a video game, you will often need to choose 

“Run this program as an administrator”.

 You’ll have to play around with it,

 but most likely you can get your application working this way.
