Friends
I have just face the starting problem while I start the Dell computer that time i see only blue screen some written text but it disapperes friction of second how i know which type of trouble comes in computer I m new user so please guide me

hi there,

remove all new hardware added recently

like printer,scanner,usb drives

just the CPU ,keyboard and mouse

then restart the pc

then after start plug the new devices and

from there you can be able to know the problem is from where
