Speed dial with Samsung Star

Hello,
I have a new Samsung Star mobile phone but can't find out how to allocate speed dial to my contacts - can anyone help?

go to :
menu > setting > smart unlock >
turn on gesture unlock , and you can see speed dial menu there.
