4 gb pendirve

Hello,
i have 4 gb Trancend pen dirve , when i inset into my PC , it's show "USB Device Not Recognized" tell me the solution how to open the pen dirve document.

hi there,

Unplug the USB device, and then plug the device back into the computer or hub.
