How can i boot a system that has a sata hard

Hello,

how can i boot a system that has a sata harddisk from a CD or DVD Rom? like a laptop that uses sata and i want to transfer my document to a CD or DVD Rom, i can i do it. please reply me now.

hi there,

you need a cd/dvd writer

to transfer the files to a cd/dvd

to boot from cd just insert the cd and press F8
