Acer factory re set

Hello,
Trying to re-set my pc to original factory settings as one of the auto updates has jammed my pc up and i am stuck. Not worried about losing all my files (not many anyway), and i dont have the vista intallation disc.

Dear Sir,

You can try restoring windows,

Please log on safe mode, Press F8 when your computer starts

Then select Safe Mode

And open System Restore

Click on Start, All Programs > Accessories > System Tools

Open System Restore and then Restore your computer to an earlier state

Then this will fix the problem
