Setting up this flash thing

Hello,
what if i'd deleted macromed folder!!!? i know i did a silly thing, but i'm running i.e on vista(home) and it's a week that i'm searching and trying. i unistalled my flash, then installed it again, rebooted my system, tried updating from system32, try your debugging link, .... but none has work! i think i have to install my whole windows once again!! (of course not vista anymore!) please help me if there is a way out of this mess!!!
