Will Trend Micro Pc-cillin Internet Security find all spy-ware?

Can I download "Malwarebytes" to get rid of spy-ware, while I have the TREND on my machine....I've been told that not to...

Yes you can have both on your pc because it's 2 different softwares, you can use them both.
