I am using bpl prepaid 
I have web service on may nokia 6300 mobile . 
I want use opera mini browser for net surfing but BPL excutive told me that it is not possible for Bpl prepaid . 
so please tell me should i use opera mini browser on my mobile 
If answer is no then suggest me which browser should i use for bpl wap net. 
If answer is yes then send me process.

Dear sir,

Just contact the network provider customer service to get your GPRS Settings first,

Then you will have to set permission to be able to browse with Opera mini

Please try this

 click "Options", then "App. access", then "Data access". Here you can edit "Read user data" and "Add and edit data" which are used by Opera Mini 4.1.
