Hello Facebook staff,
This is my problem:my account has been disabled for already two weeks and i don't know why.But as i didn't know how to do,i kept on trying,but it will not work.Please i really don't know how to do to reable my account and it's very important for me to use Facebook again with the same accounts,cuz i have many contacts and files i don't want to loose,thank you!

hi there,

If facebook has banned an

account then you can't re

activate it yourself, Then you

need send a mail to

support@facebook.com, they will

let you know the reason & after

an apologize mail they could

reactivate the account
