Won't post, no video

Hello,I just built my computer and when i turn it on it fires up but it won't post and i get no video. It sounds like its constantly restarting. I've used 2 different MB, 3 cpu's, 2 graphics cards, 2 power supplies, both in and out of the case.
MB-gigabyte 790x-ud4p
RAM-8 gigs (4x2) GSkill DDR2
VC-Sapphire HD4870
PS-750w Corsair
CPU-AMD 955 AM3 socket Quad Core

Have you used a bootable Linux CD to test the system? If you used the same Hard Drive then I would suspect the OS or the hard disk is damaged.
