Downgrading HP Pavilion DV4-1106ee to windows

Hello,

I have one HP Pavilion Dv4-1106ee lap top. Now its OS is Windows Vista 64 bit. I could n't Install Windows XP in that laptop. It showing blue screen error before starting installation. How can I downgrade that os to Windows XP 32 bit.? help me.....

hi there,

no more worries

you need to enter bios and disable the sata/native mode

then boot from cd and proceed with installation

also not forget to download drivers for the model

you can use link below and download it

from official hp website;

Hi fea_ture,

There is no BIOS option to disable the SATA in Hp dv4 1106ee model.

Is there any other possible solution for this.
