Only your internet provider can increase your speed, but you can improve your active bandwidth consumption, by reducing the passive one (all the updates, background download, etc) first try to disable all automatic update, that include windows updates, and secondly try to control access of your anti-virus to download update. disabling update is nice but it can has some consequences.
