No Disk in drive virus Closed

Hello,
i followed the instructions to remove regsvr virus,, but the autorun finding step says 'autorun.inf not found'. plz help...

i found the msrun 32 virus and removed it using esetnod32... i actually found the virus b4 nod32, in the msconfig application, and disabled it from there.... esetnod32 also quarantined and deleted the original file...... is there anything else i need to do?
