Dear Sir,
This is may be an error on the mobile,
I will recommend you to reset the phone to factory default settings.
Menu (center button c/b ) > right > down > down > select (c/b) > up (that should get you to master reset) > select (c/b) > down (that should be reset all) > select ( c/b ) > (warning appears) select ( c/b ) > (another warning) select ( c/b ) > and the phone will be reset and re-started
This will reset the phone
