Serious Uploading Problem !!!

Hello,

i cannot upload photos on facebook, hi5 or any other social networkng or uploading sites. i cannot upload video to youtube,it takes too long time and doesn't happe. i tried both firefox and opera but none could solve the problem. i have wireless 256kb/s internet. java is installed on my system. i used other uploading softwares but also it could not help me. i have tried almost everything i can.

Please, Any Could Give A Way To Solve This? IT IS IMPORTANT.
