Hello,
hi my window is not starting even in safe mode, it is restarted every time itfelf. without format is there any way to start window? i think it was occured due to, holdinh on the shift key for longer time.

This is because your windows system has been corrupted and damaged!

I recommend you to format your hard drive and to install a fresh windows
