Cant hear the sound form my mikomi speaker

Hello,


i have a mikomi speaker and i when i plug the jack to my laptop in the green jack the sound wont come out in my speaker i can still hear the sound form the speaker of my laptop.

hi there,

are you sure you plugged it

in the right output?

usually there are three outputs

1.heasdset

2.microphone and

3.line in

check in sound properties if they are muted

if so then unmute them and increase the volume
