Hello,
My desktop hard drives comes on but but it makes to two short beeps every two seconds. the monitor still works it doesn't comes on. it works but doesn't displays anything. can anybody help me out with this situation?

just try to check your video card....

I got a Dell desktop, but where is the video card located.

at the back did you see a parallel prt colored blue...those are a video card...try to open you system unit box then check your video card...if doesnt wrk...check the memory card...
