Wireless throughout house - 1 can't connect

Hello,

I have two desk top computers at home along with three laptops. Desktops connect fine.... two of the three laptops connect fine... One doesn't. I tried everything. (I think). Out of ideas. Help!!

what's the o/s of the one that cannot connect
