How shall I connect to internt free

Hello,
i use window vista which is normally selective, i want to connect to internect for my personal comsumption.
secondly, i tryied unsucessfully to activate GPRS on my TECNO phone, so that i may latter connect it to my laptop. i need software to achieve my aims and software to defeat the pboblem.

Hello Sir,

You will have to get your GPRS settings from your network provider,

Then use the software disc you got with your phone!!

Install the software required
